I read a very nice book last night, titled Crisis Points by Julian Sleigh. He also wrote Friends and Lovers: Working Through Relationships – a really good book as well. 
I’m not in a crisis right now, but I know enough about the human condition to recognize that crisis points are always around the corner. Julian Sleigh offers insights and ideas for navigating a crisis. The twelve steps for moving through a crisis are:
Acknowledge
Own
Accept
Learn
Listen Deeply
Resolve to Change
Plan Action
Let go the Past
Forgive
Be Thankful
Enjoy
Peace
Each of these twelve steps offers an opportunity for meditation and mindfulness.
